Welcome to the Connecticut Division of Rayburn Music. We at Rayburn Music are dedicated to providing those services which both Connecticut music teachers and students require most, the tools and means for successful music growth. Our instrumental rental program offers many options for parents and students when choosing where and how to begin their musical experience. Not only do we offer different rent to own and lease programs, we offer them in a variety of competitive prices to help our customers enjoy music without breaking the bank. Parents can rent instruments for their students for either a short term time period or for an entire school year and beyond. We offer only name brand / school approved rental instruments that are maintained at the strictest of standards. We also offer an exchange program that provides students with the chane to try different instruments or change orchestral instruments as they grow. Not only do we carry a wide range of student insturments and accessories, we have expanded our location's inventory to carry more instruments in the intermediate and professional categories. Our knowledgeable sales representatives are always willing to sit down with any student and help them find that particular instrument that they are looking for, that both sounds and feels right. Also, we at Rayburn Music pride ourselves on being able to offer our customers the highest quality in instrument repairs, all done on site in out West Hartford location by certified and experienced brass/woodwind technicians and luthiers. We can repair anything from student trombones to professional flutes to vintage orchestral instruments. We've seen it all and we can handle it all!!!! Our repair shops are also very conscious of providing repair services with eco-friendly cleaning and repair supplies that keep both the environment and musician healthy. We offer loaner instruments to rental and private customers whose instruments may require more extensive work. Can't get to our repair shop? No problem! We service schools and towns all over Connecticut on a weekly basis. Call us to arrange an instrument pick-up.
